Description

Tenure
The land is available on a standard grazing/mowing licence. The land can be grazed by either cattle or sheep (no horses) and is available from 1st November 2009 to 31st October 2010. If any land is mown, then the land must either be top dressed with farm yard manure or compound fertiliser by the Licensee at a rate to be agreed. The Licensor reserves the right to graze 3 horses over the land during the term of the agreement.
Repairs Maintenance
The Licensee will be responsible for keeping the boundaries and gates in no worse condition than at present.
Single Payment Scheme
The 2010 Single Payment Scheme claim will be made by the Licensor, who will retain the payment.

The land may be viewed at any reasonable time on production of these particulars.
