This site is a creation from the Skiptonweb
stable. We don't just design & develop sites for paying
clients, we actually care about how the web is used, where
it is going, and how it should be.
Naturally, our own projects aren't governed by external
factors such as cost or third-party influences, so we
can really build those projects the way we think they
should be. This is one of them.
This site is designed to give you the detailed information
you're after, as quickly as possible, with minimum clicks
and even fewer frills.
This site has been constructed with the following objectives
in mind;
1. Usefulness
It is designed to be 'useful' to the intended audience,
by providing good coverage of property in the local area,
and also coverage of subjects associated with the property
market.
2. Ease of use
It is designed to be 'easy to use'. The fonts will scale
to accommodate surfers with sight impediments. Links are
quite clearly a unique colour,
and therefore cannot be confused with normal text.
Virtually everything is 'one click' away, so you don't
have waste time going through endless procedures to get
to the information you're after.
3. Speed of download
The site is designed to be as fast loading as possible.
There are no 'uneccesary' images on the site, no time-consuming
splash/flash screens that serve no purpose, no time-consuming
animations, no 'automatic' pop-up windows advertising
things you're not interested in.
